Shipping policy

Processing Time
All of our products are custom-made and personalized to order. Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for us to produce your item(s) before they ship. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays, and may occasionally take longer during peak seasons (such as major holidays) — we'll let you know if this is the case.
Shipping Time & Rates
We currently ship within the United States only. We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping — Free. Delivery typically takes 3–6 business days after your order ships.
- Express Shipping — $11.99. For an additional fee, your order ships via expedited carrier service, with delivery typically taking 2–3 business days after your order ships. Please note that Express Shipping speeds up delivery time only — production/processing time (1–2 business days) still applies before your order ships.
Total time from order to delivery is generally processing time + shipping time. For Standard Shipping, this is approximately 4–8 business days in most cases; for Rush Shipping, approximately 3–5 business days in most cases.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's progress.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, and additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your tracking shows an issue or your package hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at smilingjindostudio@gmail.com and we'll help you look into it.
